Adult Individual Counseling
We offer individual counseling to adults aged 18+ (We are not currently accepting Medicare). We begin by conducting a diagnostic assessment and then develop a treatment plan to identify your therapy goals. Then, we will work together using evidence-based mental health practices to address your concerns.
Children and Adolescents Individual Counseling
We provide outpatient mental health care to children and adolescents ranging from 7 up to 17. Our clinicians can help your child overcome issues like school stressors, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, and peer conflict. We believe that counseling for children can be beneficial to their growth and development.
Couples and Family Counseling
Counseling can be beneficial to couples who are looking to strengthen their emotional connection in all stages of their relationship. We work with you to identify your relationship goals and help you meet them. In family counseling, we place an emphasis on the family as a whole where each member holds a valuable piece to the family.
Telehealth Services
Our online platform is HIPPA compliant. These sessions are held from the safety and privacy of your own home. Telehealth is a convenient way for you to obtain mental health counseling services without leaving the comfort of your home. Telehealth offered in the following states: Arizona, Florida, Indiana, Michigan, New Mexico, Ohio, & Utah.
