"We can choose courage, or we can choose comfort, but we can't have both. Not at the same time" (Brené Brown). The fact that you're here means that you've already chosen courage, and I'm here to help you through that journey. I believe that the client is the expert on their lives, so while I bring in the research and knowledge, I follow your lead on what works best in your life and we'll work together on deciding what that looks like. I have a Master's in Social Work from the Ohio State University, where I worked and volunteered with a variety of populations including LGBTQ+, BIPOC, military families, and people with bipolar disorders. Regardless of what brought you here, I'm glad that you made it and I'm looking forward to working with you.

I truly believe that we all have personal strengths that help us work through life’s difficulties. We sometimes just need others to help us identify those strengths as well as ways to utilize them to cope and find solutions. My goal is to work with individuals, couples, and families to offer tools that will allow them the opportunity and safe space to discover and utilize their strengths in order to make positive change in their lives.

I have worked in the direct service field in some capacity for well over 20 years, starting with  a career in childcare and transitioning to providing parent education as a home visitor. During my time of working with pregnant and parenting youth along with their families, I quickly recognized that there were negative relationship patterns and trauma that seemed to be passed down through generations. In addition to these experiences, my passion for mental health and families led me to study marriage and family therapy.

My areas of focus are marital conflict, infidelity, family conflict, parenting concerns, perinatal bonding and attachment, anxiety, and depression.

Alexanderia Curtis, LSW (She/Her) Telehealth only

Hi, my name is Alexanderia "Lexi" Curtis and I obtained my Masters of Social Work from the University of Southern California specializing in Adults and Healthy Aging. I have also received my certification for Grief Counseling. My passion is to make sure everyone has a voice and knows they are not alone during the most difficult times in their life. I love to help people feel seen, heard, valued, and supported while lighting their way through their darkness. I have experience working with grief, anxiety, depression, caregiver burnout, and end-of-life issues with children, teens, adults, and older adults. Grief is a part of everyday life and does not always just include death/dying. Everyone's grief journey is different and unique to that person. I look forward to speaking with you soon and congratulate you on taking your first step toward your wellness journey.

Drawing from Cognitive Behavioral  Therapy and a person-centered, holistic perspective, I tailor each session to the  individual’s unique needs and goals.

It’s an honor to walk alongside clients on their path toward healing and wellness, and I  look forward to supporting you on your journey!

DeVaune Pardon, LSW (She/Her)

My name is DeVaune Pardon, I hold a Master of Education in Allied Professions from the University of Dayton and a Bachelor of Arts in Social Work from Kentucky State University. I am licensed as a Social Worker in Ohio.

I have over 20 years of experience delivering trauma-informed, evidence-based interventions to vulnerable and justice-involved populations. I specialize in risk assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions for individuals affected by domestic violence, sexual offenses, and complex trauma.

Throughout my career, I have provided clinical services in various settings, including forensic social work, behavioral health, and case management. I have extensive experience leading court-mandated therapy groups, conducting comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments, and integrating support for substance use disorders into treatment. My work emphasizes accountability, restorative justice, and collaborative care, with a proven record of improving outcomes through interdisciplinary teamwork and systems navigation.

My professional mission is to create safe spaces for healing, accountability, and growth by integrating trauma-informed care with practical strategies that foster lasting change.

Lisa Pinkerton, LSW (She/Her)

My name is Lisa Pinkerton, and I earned my Master of Social Work from The Ohio State University. I bring extensive experience working with youth, families, and multidisciplinary teams across behavioral health systems.

I am dedicated to supporting individuals and families through life’s most challenging seasons. I believe healing occurs within safe, supportive relationships, and I partner collaboratively with clients to cultivate resilience, deepen insight, and create meaningful, lasting change.

I specialize in trauma-informed care, family systems work, and supporting individuals navigating complex emotional and environmental stressors. I am committed to creating a therapeutic space where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered to move toward their goals.

My approach begins with a deep respect for your autonomy and the stories that have shaped your life. Rooted in Narrative Therapy, I help couples, individuals, and families untangle from problem-saturated stories and reconnect with what feels meaningful and true.

Clients often describe me as calm and steady, with a creative presence that welcomes new possibilities. I offer a space where your values are centered, your experiences are honored, and real change can begin to take shape.

My clinical background includes a Master’s degree in Couple and Family Therapy from The Ohio State University, along with advanced Narrative training through the internationally recognized Dulwich Centre. My undergraduate study in Sociology brings a systemic and socially aware lens that attends not only to your inner world, but also to the larger forces that influence it.

Before becoming a therapist, I spent several years as a filmmaker. This work taught me how stories shape us, limit us, and sometimes save us. That sensibility continues to guide me today. I collaborate with couples navigating conflict, disconnection, or rupture, and support individuals and families as they explore the narratives that influence their lives.

Whether you’re feeling stuck in recurring patterns or navigating a major life transition, this is an invitation to slow down, make sense of what’s unfolding, and get curious about a life that feels more true to you. Together, we’ll cultivate awareness and begin to reauthor a path forward that feels aligned with who you are and who you want to become.

Bradley Golowin, MFT (He/Him)

With a  compassionate and client-centered approach, I specialize in working with  individuals navigating trauma, anxiety, PTSD, and depression. I have a  particular passion for supporting women and addressing women’s issues,  creating a space where clients feel understood, empowered, and  respected.

As  a Certified Clinical Complex Trauma Professional Level II (CCPT-II), I  help clients gently explore and begin healing from the experiences and  patterns that may be holding them back. My approach focuses on  uncovering each client’s strengths, setting meaningful goals, and  supporting movement toward a more balanced, fulfilling life.

I  believe life is made up of chapters—while past experiences are part of  the story, they do not have to define what comes next. With the right  support and a nurturing environment, she believes every person has the  ability to grow, heal, and rewrite their narrative in a way that feels  empowering and authentic.

My goal is to walk alongside each client, offering guidance, compassion, and a steady presence throughout their journey.
